As the weather warms think about taking your tai chi practice outside, just sometimes.  It can be a good challenge for balance and mentally too.  Sometimes we get focused on four walls.  Let a tree, a branch a rock or a flower be your direction finder.  

We will continue classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the summer months.  The Wednesdays we will not have classes are June 24th, July 29th and August 26th.  No class will be held on Saturday July 4th.
