When you practice your forms good things happen

There are so many ways to exercise.  Exercise is not a dirty word but let's face it not all forms of exercise will appeal to all people.  I admit to knowing that I need to get up and move every day, even if I don't feel like doing it.  I need to enjoy my exercise.  And when I'm practicing Tai Chi Chuan it is fun for me.  For one, I don't need a lot of space.  Plus there is so much variety.  One day I can practice empty hand forms - there are so many to choose from.  The next day I might play with one of the many Chinese Straight Sword forms, or  Saber or Broadsword forms.  One of my favorite weapons is the Fan Form.  There is also cane and staff to challenge my body and brain.  And all of these forms while fun are also an excellent form of exercise.

So pardon me while I go challenge myself to a round of tai chi.
